Cancellation Policy
All appointments require prepayment at the time of scheduling. Should you need to cancel your appointment; a full refund will be issued minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. If less than 48 hours notice is given, HealthFair will issue a Gift Certificate for the full amount to be used by you, or anyone you choose, to purchase future screening products or services. Gift Certificates are valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
If you miss your scheduled appointment time, no refund will be issued. We will do our best to schedule your appointment for the next available appointment date and time. If there are no events scheduled, we will issue a Gift Certificate for the full amount to be used by you, or anyone you choose, to purchase future screening products or services.
Payments
You may pay by credit or debit card when scheduling your appointment. If you need to make a payment on an existing appointment please call HealthFair at 888-822-3247 and one of our customer service agents will be happy to assist you.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. For security purposes, we do not accept cash at our screening locations and all credit card payments will be processed at the time the appointment is scheduled.
To redeem a gift certificate, please provide the gift certificate number when scheduling your appointment and bring it with you on the day of your appointment.
