HealthFair come to our facility was. From the coordinator perspective it was seamless, from the
employer perspective it was a great incentive and from an employees perspective it was
so reassuring. Not often are you able to say only positive, nice things about an event.
Hands down our fair ran with out any problems and everyone who attended had only positive commentary.
The only negative comment made was I SHOULD HAVE MADE THE TIME TO GO! This was a great success from any angle.

These health screenings events launched St. Petersburg College’s new corporate wellness initiative to help employees transition to healthier lifestyles. We look forward to working with HealthFair as we continue to offer valuable preventive screenings as part of our corporate wellness program.
HealthFair recently provided cardiovascular health screening services for nearly 240 of our employees and their dependents. And we have received overwhelmingly positive feedback! An outstanding level of service was reflected throughout the process, from event promotion and sign-up to the health testing and health screening events and follow-up. This quality healthcare experience was further enhanced by professional, kind and enthusiastic HealthFair staff. Such efforts resulted in highly successful screening events.
Organized, Organized, Organized Our company has been using HealthFair for health assessment for years because they never disappoint the Corporate Wellness Program Team. Everything just falls into place and the feedback from the employees is very positive. From supplying the advertising materials to the signup sheets, everything goes like clockwork. Our company is large and we find that the mobile health testing unit works well for us. HealthFair sets up in a convenient location of our choosing. The HealthFair staff is very professional and able to put our employees at ease with whatever health screening tests they are doing by explaining the procedure in detail.
Follow up is excellent to make sure that all expectations were met. Health test results are confidential and sent to the home of the employee while the company gets an aggregate report which is helpful in providing information to management on the overall results and findings. It always helps to show where the dollars are going.
Organized is the best word to describe HealthFair’s way of doing business.
