HealthFair utilizes Know Your Number (KYN) health risk assessment for our Basic Biometric Package. KYN is a proactive, disease-specific program used to identify risk for chronic disease on both an individual and aggregate level.

The program is designed to inform participants about their risk level, where their risk is coming from, and what they can do to lower that risk. By educating participants, they can take a proactive approach to reducing their risk of disease onset and progression.

Participant Reporting:

Know Your Number translates participant lab values into an easy to understand risk profile. The graphs provided clearly communicate the individual’s problem areas and risk for chronic disease. Weighted risk factor information also provides them with the knowledge of how changing even one risk factor can positively impact their heath.

Aggregate Reporting

Individual disease risk profiles are summarized for management in the form of an aggregate report. The report forecasts the population’s five-year risk of disease onset while maintaining participant confidentiality. The aggregate report also includes expense forecasts that can be used in ROI calculations. The data included in the report is extremely valuable to companies as they plan, budget and implement future wellness programs. By targeting certain diseases or risk factors, companies can focus their corporate wellness program on the areas costing them the most money.
