Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled preventive health screening time, so you will have time to fill out the Health Assessment form.

Fasting Requirements

• Fast for a minimum of four (4) hours before your appointment.
• Water & regular medications are acceptable to take.
• If you are diabetic and are not comfortable fasting for 4 hours, please limit yourself to a "diabetic meal" (piece of toast, 1 cup of any kind of juice and 1/2 cup coffee or tea). If you are in doubt, please follow your diabetic care plan.

Clothing Requirements

• Wear a loose-fitting, 2-piece outfit
• Do not wear turtlenecks
• Do not wear pantyhose
• Do not wear body lotion or perfume
• You may wear deodorant

Results

Your results will be mailed approximately 2 weeks after your appointment. If a critical abnormality is detected the customer will be notified immediately. Call HealthFair’s Records Department at 866-371-3703 if you have any questions.
