Customer Service Representative
We are seeking detail oriented individuals to provide a superior level of customer service. This position is the first impression and must have excellent customer service skills. There is no travel required. Duties will be performed in a call center environment, and include, but are not limited to the following:
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
•Setting up appointments
•Answering potential customer questions
•Provide existing customers with quality customer service
•Making courtesy calls to scheduled customers
•Processing and distribution of results
Ideal candidate will:
•Be Enthusiastic
•Have a passion for exceeding customer expectations
•Be goal-oriented, and reliable
•Have strong communication and data entry skills
•General PC knowledge
