HealthFair is a nationwide organization providing sophisticated cardiovascular screenings
and blood tests for the public. We currently hold our preventive health screenings
at YMCAs, grocery stores, churches, senior centers, community centers, country clubs,
corporations, drug stores, and fitness centers across the country, but we are looking
for community partners in your area.
We are completely self insured, therefore there is no financial burden or liability
for you as the screening host, and we will be able to provide you with an insurance
certificate upon request.
Our screenings will bring 30-40 individuals to your location on the day of the event.
We will also advertise your location on our web page and in the local newspaper
for FREE. This will create a SPECIAL EVENT in
your location to all drive-by traffic for FREE.
Anyone interested in scheduling an appointment will call our call center, so it
is all done in a very orderly manner. There will not be people milling around in
the parking lot. Everything is done by appointments. Also we welcome you to provide
our teams with any marketing or promotional materials (flyers, posters, coupons,
etc.) to distribute during theses screenings.
All we need from you, as our partner and host, is 4 to 5 parking spaces for the
mobile unit to park and access to the restrooms for the team. Partnering with HealthFair
to host a screening not only benefits you, but also the members of your community.
